I hugely appreciate Dr. Arambage for his guidance and patience. I developed fibroids within the cavity that resulted in severe pain and bleeding. Under Dr. Arambage's vigilance I was able to have a quick surgery. During the process and my stay in the hospital, the doctor personally explained me the process and assured me that this procedure would help me get me back my normal routine. I was relived when the doctor met again after my the surgery and was confident on my recovery. I am glad that I was treated by Dr. Arambage and would sincerely thank him for making this experience as smooth as possible.

#sayThankYou

This Message is to say a very BIG “Thank you” to a very skilful, talented & knowledgeable surgeon who following a complex hysterectomy has given me back A new quality of life that never existed prior to my surgery. On the day of my surgery Mr Arambage met with me & my husband, he was friendly, calm, reassuring & professional. After surgery he spoke with my husband & again gave him reassurance that everything had gone very well. Today, was my follow up telephone appointment and again every question was answered leaving me with no concerns or confusion. I have nothing but gratitude & respect for someone who has now given me a pain free life, we are extremely lucky to have such talented surgeons like Mr Arambage who are dedicated experts who work so hard to improve our health in order to live a normal life. Thank you

I was recently under Mr Arambage's care at the end of March and just before we went into lockdown due to Covid-19. These were (and continue to be) challenging times. My surgery was prioritised and I went in for my operation very quickly after my initial consultation. Throughout this, Mr Arambage was very supportive, considerate and took care to advise me of the risks of undertaking surgery when the hospital was subject to restrictions because of Covid, in addition to the risk pertaining to my condition. He really is an excellent doctor who I would not hesitate to recommend. I had a full debrief of the surgery both in the hospital and a detailed follow up consultation. This has been very helpful and appreciated during quite a stressful time. In terms of the surgery itself, I am still astounded in terms of the work Mr Arambage did - which included him reconstructing part of my ovary and treating my endometriosis. Throughout this, he has been a very thoughtful and understanding doctor. It is clear that he is very passionate about his work and cares for his patients.

I was seen by Mr Arambage after being referred by another consultant due to my stage 4 endometriosis. He took time to listen to the problems that it was causing me and as a result of my symptoms my family. The final decision was for me to have a full hysterectomy. He went over what was going to happen in the procedure and we arranged it for a time that would suit me. On the day of my operation he came and explained to me and my husband exactly what he planned to do. He came and spoke to my husband after the operation and gave him an update. I was discharged the day after and my wounds have healed to the point that you cannot tell I've had a cut to my belly button. As I have had issues with my stomach and back muscles Mr Arambage is going to refer me to a physio to work on them and my pelvic floor muscles.
